Forest Stewardship Council A non-profit organization devoted to encouraging the responsible management of the world's forests. FSC sets high standards that ensure forestry is practiced in an environmentally responsible, socially beneficial, and economically viable way. FSC certification is required to use the label. Both the paper supplier and printer must be certified.

Sustainable Forestry Initiative The SFI program has a comprehensive labeling program that includes percent content labels for those who choose to use Chain of Custody (CoC). Certified printers and publishers are eligible for on-product label use and CoC certification. SFI CoC certification provides assurances to your customers that the products you are using come from legal and sustainable sources.

Green-e An independent certification and verification program for renewable energy and greenhouse gas emission reductions in the retail market. Businesses that purchase a qualifying amount of Green-e Certified renewable energy can license the Green-e logo for use in communications materials, advertising, and on-product packaging through Green-e Marketplace.
