K-B Offset Printing and theprinters.com announce relocation

Major Regional Printing Companies to occupy former Corning-Asahi Plant

State College, PA -- K-B Offset Printing, Inc. and theprinters.com, have executed a lease with the ownership group of the former Corning-Asahi Video Plant in College Township, State College, Pennsylvania.

The companies will occupy over 50,000 square feet of the location, nearly twice their current office and manufacturing space. Raymond J. Caravan, Jr., President of K-B Offset Printing and Chairman of theprinters.com indicated that "Our rapid growth and business expansion for the traditional and digital printing business of K-B Offset Printing and theprinters.com in the current century have exhausted our existing space on West College Avenue in State College. We are looking forward to being able to expand our current operations and continue our move into developing technologies and improving the overall printing process."

The two companies currently employ seventy (70) people in their State College facility and see new jobs and increased employment on the horizon. "The additional space will obviously increase our manufacturing capacity, and we anticipate that our business model with expanded sales and marketing efforts will allow us to increase our employment by twenty-five (25%) percent or more," say Robert L. Orr, Jr., President of theprinters.com.

The interior retrofitting and modifications will begin in August, and the companies expect to be moved to the new space in early 2007.
